Zeolite Clinoptilolite has been granted GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) status by the Food and Drug Administration. Since zeolites will attract water to facilitate the detoxification process, adequate water intake is suggested (8 to 10 glasses a day). If signs of dehydration do appear (headaches, tiredness), increase your water intake and reduce your zeolite intake for that day.
