Green Energy is vegetarian-friendly. While all of the ingredients in Green Energy are plant-based, one of the enzymes (Serratiopeptidase) is cultured in a fermentation media that includes traces of dairy. Therefore, even though the enzyme does not contain dairy, we list this product as vegetarian instead of vegan to be fully transparent.
